Our newsletter is published six times per year; bi-monthly on the following schedule:

Advertising space can be reserved at any time on a first come, first serve basis.  We welcome you to advertise in any issue or to take advantage of our annual contract that offers a discount of one free ad….you pay for six issues and receive the seventh issue free. Ad Format Guidelines:

Ads must be submitted electronically. Preferred formats are .jpg, .pdf, .eps, and .tif. Ads must be at least 600 dpi, and color ads should be converted to black. All ads are considered final format and must be emailed to

Advertising Deadlines

Please notify me at your earliest convenience to reserve ad space. To reserve space, I will need the name of your organization, the address where you’d like your copy of the newsletter sent, the size of the ad and your e-mail address and phone number. I will then confirm space availability with you.  Ad and payment is due the 15th of the month two months prior to the newsletter date.  For example, to advertise in the May issue, ad payment must be received by March 15th.
